hello i have just upgraded to version 3,i have about 544 dvd`s and i have put them all in a case from 1-1000 but the numbers in the case do not corrospond to the numbers on dvd profiler,i sat for 4 hours making an excel workbook to put my titles in the order which is in the case,if i want to get my case in the same order as which is on dvd profiler i will need to move all my dvd`s about.
is there an easier way that you can see for me to get my case in the same order as my dvd profiler please.
thank you.

There's a couple of ways.
You can either edit the collection number to match the number in the case.
Or you can use the location/slot fields in "personalise" to enter this data.
If you display either column in your collection list you can sort it on those fields.

using a macro recorder will speed up the process by a fair bit.

I think I'm right in thinking that a macro recorder is a program that records your keyboard strokes and repeats them for you.
So in this case, you would record a macro to open up a DVD and put the cursor in right right place, leaving you to type the number in. To go to the next DVD just run the macro again.
I'm guessing that's how it works anyway.
