Why wouldn't this pass the screening? If you explain in your notes that this is how he's credited, then it shouldn't be declined.

You've now chosen Costa Gavras as his common name - but do you know for a fact that he's ever been credited like this in any of his movies, and that this is how he is commonly credited? I disagree completely with your using this as a common name based on those sources, and especially since Ken hasn't stated how he wants us to use the common name function. He should be contributed as credited, which is
Costa-Gavras/ /

When in doubt, do NOT use "Common name"/"credited as", just use what's in the actual credits - then you can't go wrong!
