Discovered today when I went to update and edit down my two disc DVD of E.T. The Extra Trerrestrial 2 disc Special edition , just how difficult I found the menu listings of the audio properites.
The two discs to start with are 'locked encoded' so whatever audio you want you must go into menu to choose. You can't change the audio 'on the fly'. Plus the version I have ( Canada ) does not contain a UPC code as it is on the cellophane wrapper, so once it is removed there is no UPC. Only one I have in my library that is like this. Had to use Disc ID for both discs., PLus when it sits on your shelf there is no side binding to read the title, which makes the bubble case gatefold one of the most silliest jackets I own. The audio properties for disc 1 also has a feature for the 'fourth soundtrack' in which the audience is  recorded (2002 World premiere) for their 'ooh's and ah's' and laughter ( kinda like Frank Miller's Sin City) which makes the audio feature Other rather than Isolated Music., .

Verdict?  after 1 hour of navigating thru these discs?
I just locked them off and sorry No contribution.

Your welcome
