Invalid Key

As I was trying to upgrade my registration key for profiler 2.? it said that it was an invalid key. what do I do? I tried to log in to do thi originally, but have since forgotten my user name and password so i setup a new account name. But even before i did this I tried t log in using my registration key and again it said it was invalid.

looks like you have to find your original purchase details and forward them to Gerry here
Sources for one or more of the changes and/or additions were not submitted. Please include the sources for your changes in the contribution notes, especially for cast and crew additions.

what type of information needs to be provided other then the reg key? whcihc i would think would be enough

I understand. I will send them my registration key seeing as to how thats the only information I have pertaining to the purchase, and I hope that will be sufficient. Thanks agai for all your help.

doesn't matter if you forget your id etc. Logging in to the website all information will be under the registration tab.

I never remember my code for DVDP but logging in to the website it is all there for me all I do is copy any paste. I use the same password for every site so if I forget my password I will be knocked off the net until my brain fart smell disapears.

and the reason why you don't write down the information and save it on your Pc is because..??

After all - suppose the web site went down and you had to reinstall dvd profiler.. you would be back to non registered user..

Still if you are happy with that possibility.. don't let me worry you..

I have it printed out somewhere in a folder with other software codes. My password was given to me by my isp Google said it was strong so I am not worry about it.

If your key is compromised, how kan they identify you are the rightfull owner of that key?
you should be able to find your username in the 2.4 program where you have the registration key!
