| | Posted: | | | | Please excuse my ignorance as I am a first time 3.0 user. Used to use 2.4 all the time. Well, after much ballyhoo i was able to download or upload my collection to 3.0. then i uploaded online collection. i also refreshed all titles which took some time. it said a certain # were flagged and not uploaded, but all seem to be there as i have 902 listed and that is what i should have.
so some of the more recent titles like the "Superbad" DE from Target do not show any info or picture. a few others that i've noticed as well.
are these not contributed and that is why i cannot view or what do i need to do? thanks. |

Goto Collection --> flags --> load set
open the Unconverted UPCs.lst
DVDProfiler now uses the full UPC (we no longer drop the first digit). Some of UPC's do not get converted correctly. Edit the UPC's for the movies in the previous list. | | Posted: | | | | cvermeylen is correct. Looking at Hot Fuzz in your collection it hasn't been able to automatically convert the UPC so it's showing up as only 10 digits, when it needs to be 11.
If you correct it using the missing digit from the cover it should find it if it's in the database. | | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |
