Who do I PM or send an e-mail with this company regarding a mistake on their part relating to a image?  The problem is that I scanned an art box, both front and back.  I have done this numerous times, had never had a decline, and yesterday I found out I got a declined submission, despite the fact I got a postive vote and no negative votes.  This is what the declination said: "The contributed cover scan includes a watermark. Please submit only cover scans you have scanned directly."  That is wrong as EVERY cover image I submit I scan.  I take a lot of time doing this and to get a reply that is blatantly wrong as that has surprised and irritated me.  There are NO watermarks on the scans I made.  So again, who do I email or PM regarding this?  Or should I just resubmit and hope they don't make that same mistake again? Thanks.

can you post images or link to the image you tried to submit.
Also, what votes did you get from other users on the contribution?

I have the pics on my pc, when I tried to attach them it looks like this forum is asking for a website link. Does that mean I have to use something like imageshack?

Alright, hope this works.  Here is the front image:
(Didn't seem to work, here is a link instead: http://img181.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dbzgsaxw7.jpg
Here is the rear image: http://img143.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dbzgsbyz8.jpg

These are front and back pics of a Dragon Ball Z artbox, as you can see there are no watermarks.

I'm sure it was rejected because of the www.dragonballz.com text. It does look like a watermark. If that really is on the cover, just resubmit and write in the note that it's a part of the cover, not a watermark

I think it is because of the webpage on the cover scan.

If its is really on the original cover, than just recontribute and say in contribution notes, that the webpage is indeed included on the original covers.

But these pics don't look like real DVD covers (no EAN/UPC, overview, features, rating  etc.), so I can understand it, that they were declined.

Can you post the EAN/UPC or Disc-ID of this release?

Ah I see what you're saying.  Yes that is on the cover, as several other scans I have made from similiar boxes also show.  I will resubmit it with that note, that the link is part of the box.  I didn't think much of it since other images with the links have been submitted without incident.  Thanks again everyone, I feel better and will resubmit it with a more detailed note.

The UPC and all the info is on the bottom of the art box, I would have to scan the bottom to show you, here is the UPC if anyone is interested (704400046803) but again I will try resubmitting with more detail and hope this was an isolated incident.

When re-submitting you could also add this link

http://www.axelmusic.com/productDetails/704400046803

Just to show that the URL is indeed part of the cover.

And BTW:

You can hope that, but it may happen again, the screeners are just humans after all.

I see, thank you DJ.  I have already resubmitted this. BTW what's kind of ironic is that the original image is about the same size as the linked one for the front cover, so it also shows the dragonballz link as well, but I'm guessing the person who scans submissions didn't notice it.  Thanks again all, I hope this is a done deal, postive ratings to all that helped.

Agreed
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Dragonball Z: Fusion Saga Box Set & Dragonball Z: Kid Buu Saga Box Set have the same type of cover art and are already in the system.  Did you say in your notes that you scanned it your self?
At first glance it looks like art off some website or a bootleg.

To answer the orignal question (who to PM or send an email to), on the bottom of every page is a Contact Us link.  However, I don't believe that is the right course of action to take in cases like this.  Either re-submit with detailed notes explaining why you disagree with the reason or ask here first.
Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here.
