| | Posted: | | | | From what I understand they're grammatically the same and also the same for the vast majority of words. But just like English and American English there's some vocabulary differences:
lorry vs. truck
flat vs. apartment
lift vs. elevetor
etc.
There MAY be spelling differences too, i.e. colour vs. color... but that's just a guess on my part.
Add to that some different slangs terms and one can understand why Swedes would want Swedish Swedish and Finns would want Finnish Swedish.
