| | Posted: | | | | I wanna hear what people have to say about the sound of their Discs. Which ones really sound great? What format are they.
Here are some Titles that really, really sounded impressive:
Twister (HD-DVD, TrueHD)
Air Force One (Blu Ray, uncompressed PCM)
Terminator 2 - Ultimate HD Edition (HD-DVD, DTS HD Master 7.1)
Speed (Blu Ray, DTS HD Master 5.1)
These are all titles that could be used as demo's in the Studio at the company I work.

Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones - asteroid chase sonic charges sound effects
Titan A.E. - ice crystal asteroid chase; ice crystals shattering and grinding
Titanic 2-disc & 3-disc - lower decks of ship creaking and straining while sinking |

I would have to say that this is the current reference Disc for the Blu Ray Format

Always, the beginning with the plane and the fire of the woods.
Backdraft, the fires will also do good.
