Has anyone else notice that cover art in your collection seems to be disappearing? I just noticed in my collection that the Back to the Future trilogy cover art has been erased. "It's like it's been erased from existence." Sorry couldn't resist.  Anyways I tried updating it, thinking it disappeared from my computer, but when I refresh the images, nothing updates. It's as if its not even in the database anymore.  Has anyone else noticed this with other dvds?

Thanks.

Okay so what I did was I removed it from my collection after I copied the UPC and added it back to my collection and the cover art downloaded. What I don't get is that I tried refreshing the images before and nothing happened.

A glitch, a corrupted profile or timestamp . Possibly profiler thought the images were already up to date due to one of those reasons.

Just to help figure this out for you,.  I have 'special covert art for my Back to Future set (Parent).. What I have is the standard box set which is what is in the data base., But then I have these special covers (child) attached to the disc ID and I have those covers Locked off so they can't accidentally be replaced if I happened to do a refresh.. because as you know the individual BTF movies are not sold seperatley as their VHS/ Laser disc counterparts were 2 decades ago...

So the question is., What BTF covers are you referring to? The box set? or individual 1,2,and 3 covers? .. If it is the box set, That is, and should be always available at any time of the day or night to retrieve and refresh that image??  .. Or did you have special covers such as I?
By locking off the covers you should never loose them on a refresh.. and if you had your data files .dpb backed up on your  hardrive seperate from My Documents, you'd be able to go into backup and handpick any of the following: the profile itself, cover scans, full user database, tags, crew/cast database with saved headshot photos... ...
Invelos is an Invaluable program if used correctly ..

I was actually using the cover that someone submitted to Invelos and I'm referring to the boxset, since the individual movies were fine. What had happened is a few days ago I noticed they were missing somehow and I tried to refresh the images, but the program did nothing. I managed to update other profiles, but some reason I couldn't download the BTF parent image. So I ended up copying the UPC and removing the parent profile, leaving the child profiles. I then re-downloaded the parent profile be adding it back into my database and the images were there.

You are right..!!  ,, I just checked all the box sets of BTTF in the data base and I found that the Full screen P/S  (the Canadian set ) Invelos would NOT Let me download ( view) the image.,
Said it "wasn't available to view" or download......... ?
others worked fine.. Now I'm wondering if the FULL screen set has been dropped or is corrupted in database base UPC - (025192213120)  ??
