Fantastic 4 Silver Surfer package/ Digital Comics DVD - Studios question |

| | Posted: | | | | I was doing the Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer - Collectible Figurine dvd package and have a question about the studios.
On the large package it has the following:
20th Century Fox (Logo)
Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment copyright.
Marvel logo
Marvel Characters, Inc. TM & Copyright notice.
Hasbro logo
Which would be the correct studios for the package itself?
On the DVD Comics dvd packaging it has the following.
20th Century Fox logo
Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment copyright
Marvel logo
Marvel Characters, Inc. TM & Copyright notice.
The DVD itself displays the 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment Logo at startup.
The first interview has the Marvel.Com logo in the lower right corner. As well at the end of the interview.
The second interview just displays the Marvel logo at the end.

| | Posted: | | | | The set is distributed by "Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment", so that is what I would put for the main package. For the DVD comic book, I would prefer to use "Marvel Comics" but, if it isn't listed anywhere...which is what I think you are saying...I would have to go with "Marvel Characters". On second thought, you said it has the 'Marvel' logo? Using the "proper name for studios' clause in the rules, you might be able to make a case for 'Marvel Comics' being the proper name.  | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
