The file is opening properly with windows explorer (start media player and play)
In DVDProfiler i got the Play/retrive button but still won't work

Do i have to put the word [filepath] before c:\video\ter3.avi in the notes box

Quoting Giga Wizard:
Quote:
yes:
[filepath] in front
[/filepath] at the end

under the notes field you have the Discs field, right of it you have the Location field there you put in:
Play

Sorry guys, you need "file" , not "play" for the filepath option. That's why it is not working.

Play, is for use with the PlayFromDisk.bat only.

(I think the reason Giga slipped up on this is that, recently it seems that there are a lot of filepath association problems in Windows, so most often people have resorted to using PlayFromDisk.bat, where you can explicitly control the calling program for your file.)

I did try to make extensive instructions, with explicit examples in the third post in the LoadDVD thread. I wonder if the poster has noticed that thread (where his questions have been recently answered), and why the problem report was not posted there?

Take a look at item (3) of the third post in the LoadDVD thread. Exact instructions are there. Keep us posted on progress.
Thanks for your support.
