I found a site that displays screen captures for movies and TV series, with general principles that are close to mine. Less than one hundred movies, but some  may have hundreds of screen captures, and some in HD size . TV series lovers may be interested by more than 600 episodes of different series.

The address is here

Thanks for the tip! Nowhere near as many movies as in your site, but what an excellent source for the movies (and tv-series) that it has. I have already thousands of photos on download queue... will then select what to keep.

Also thanks from my side. Looks good.
But when I open the site site, i get black letters on black background. This makes it hard to find the right movie.    Does someone has the same probleme?

Yep, quick solution - press "CTRL A". This will make all the text visible.

The index on your provided link was black on black on my screen.

But this Overview works:

I just checked: Yves' link indeed is black on black when viewed with Internet Explorer 8, and shows correctly black on white with Firefox. I guess you use IE?

I am using IE8 indeed. Even in compatibilty mode it's not displaying properly. The alternate link added by Viruspil does work in IE8.

Yep, I use IE 8.

I know Firefox is better, but I'm used to work with IE now, after I had some problems with the Fox.

In Opera (version 10.10), Yves' link is all black as well (like in IE8). VirusPil's link works though, so thanks for that!

With this link, you have only the 90 movies, not the 600 TV series episodes.

Wow! So many screenshots per film you could almost make out the storyline. I think I'll stick to Invelos, DVD Beaver and the occassional raid on Google Images, but thanks for the link.

DarklyNoon, would it be possible for you to up the screenshot count? I think 8-10 works very well. Three (for me) just doesn't seem enough.

For myself I only use 3 images, but for all future images I make I could do 8 images for the community, what do the others think ?

Is 3 enough or do you want 8 ?

cheers

I think 8 - 10 pics give a better choice. So I would prefer that.

By the way, Donnie and Surfeur which program do you use for making the sceenshots? I'm dealing with the thought also making some screen caps by myself. (Of course, I would share them)
