Just thought it would be great if Ken could offer an option to make a customized theme.  The build-in themes are quite good (I like "Luna" and "silver"), but creating your own colored-themes would be a very nice addition.

I agree, it would be a nice option. Then I can color DVDP to match my current Windows 7 theme

I also agree, would be a nice option. However, in my list of wishes the priority of this one is not very high.

But while on topic (close, anyway...), I would really welcome these customizable themes into the online collection layouts. I know of phpmyprofiler, but e.g. I would actually like to be able to see my collection online in a thumbnailed listing in way similar to how my blu-rays are now (link in my signature) - so that we would have more free selection of what and how our collection would be presented, within the program itself, and without need to use external applications.

I voted yes, but it would be low on the list of things I'd like to see.
Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here.
Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection.

Good idea.
But i don't know if this wouldn't be too much work just for an optical improvment.

Yes, but I believe there are other things that needs to be done.
Unfortunately, I can't use DVDprofiler at the moment due to lack of a Windows computer.

Voted Yes, IMO its a great idea. I often choose a color scheme and change all possible programs to follow that theme. I think about 10-20 base colours would be good enough for me. The current ones are pretty much limited to green, blue and grey.

I wouldn't need a fully featured in-programm editor GUI, it would be enough, when themes would be stored as seperate files (i.e. XML) where color values can be edited with a simple text editor.
