| | Posted: | | | | I keep (nearly) everything alphabetical, except I don’t count a “The” at the start of a title for this purpose. (I do however, count the “A” at the start of a title beginning with an A as part of the title for this purpose though.) Numerical numbers go before A.
The exception are music DVDs, which I keep using the same rules but separately.
I also mix up the small number of VHS tapes I have with the DVDs too, as well as the CD case sized ones.

Also, I include in my Profiler database VHS tapes, audio DVDs, audio books (digital, cassette and CD), video games (digital, DVD and CD) and 'enhanced' CDs with video tracks on them, as well as films and TV I've bought digitally. So I'm an anarchist, deal with it. Just be thankful I don't include most of my records and CDs etc in it too; don't think I haven't been tempted... |
