Here's how I did it:
1. Download an application called Greenshot (Google it for now, I'll try to find the link later; however, make sure to skip or decline offers as it includes other software).
2. Download DVDFab Media Player (http://download.cnet.com/DVDFab-Media-Player/3000-13632_4-75807140.html, select "Direct Download Link" so you don't get the Cnet crap)
3. Insert Disc and have it open with DVDFab OR with DVDFab open, select in the Open Files... drop-down, select the BD drive the disc is in.
4. When you get to the menu and/or submenu, in the system tray where Greenshot is running, right click and select "Capture from List" which will expand to the movie file playing. Do that, select output and that should work.*
* The caveat here is it is not 1920x1080 and you'll need to crop out the menu using Photoshop or whatever image editing software and then resize to 1920x1080. Now, I need to fiddle around with Greenshot so there might be another setting, but that is how I captured the image above.
