Hello, I hope you guys can help me. A couple of months ago my PC crashed and fortunately I had a database backup on my USB stick. I restored my database succesfully, however, at least 80% of the images (covers) are gone. Not a major problem, but it's annoying. How do I get them back?

One other thing btw. I used to add my name when I saw a movie for the last time, but when I go to the Watched by screen I still can click on my name but it doesnt show in the list. How come?

Thanks!

Did you try "Online -> Refresh all Images..."?

First go to "Tools -> Edit Users..." and make sure that 'Watches DVDs' is set an that the age range is correct.
(Don't know if this influences the display of older events, but can't hurt to look)

If this doesn't solve it: make a backup and then do a database repair.
"Tools -> Options -> Utilities -> Repair Profile Database"

by uploading your .dpb collection to the Invelos servers ( or the cloud) .. &  if you wish to get your original data back again including special covet art  and notes and personalized tags/history  etc  .they will all come back when you reverse the backup  and and restore from Invelos to your PC ...
In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

That is wishful thinking.  I've done test restores a few times and been very disappointed in the results.

I recommend frequent local backups.

You cannot restore custom covers from online backup.
