When exiting DVDP the app closes and a couple of seconds later a window titled ' Error occurred' opens with message 'Access violation at address 00000000. Read of address 00000000'. When you exit window by pressing OK (There is also a details button) the window closes and another one pops up titled 'Request' with message 'Please describe steps to reproduce error' you type in message and press OK button. The process starts all over in an endless loop. the only way to close error window is to open task manager and close DVDP.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this error it occurs every time I exit the application.
BTW I am running DVDP on Windows 10 build 10240.

try running without plugins. This is one of the easiest things to check, and one of the first suggestions you are likely to get from Support.

If it still happens after that, you could open a support ticket.

They are likely to tell you all or some of the following:

- Run a database repair and reboot your computer
- Open the database in DVDP and do a backup immediately

If you still get the error on exit:
- Open a new clean database, with a new name - you can fix that later
- Restore your last backup into it
-  Backup again
- Exit DVDP, and you should be good to go. If not, please contact Support and report everything you did.
Thanks for your support.
