Duplication of Gordon McCallum removed (this is because his second onscreen credit would actually be 'Re-Recordist' which we don't enter if a Production Sound Mixer is credited). Removed 2 Visual Effects crew whose onscreen credits do not comply with valid entries according to contribution rules. Information taken from credits in accordance with contribution rules.
