Again, it is not a client, so it does not connect to anything. It only performs a rudimentary HTTP server startup.  It is meant to test whether the binding of the HTTP server to the host port works for all variations of the host IP address, including "localhost."

If yours always fails, then something else is going on. Perhaps the port DJ Doena chose is already in use on your system.

The most reliable client for testing HTTPJolie in HTTP mode is simply a web browser. If that works and other code fails, than that proves the server is working, so examine the client code - but only in that circumstance.

Yeah I read that this was a legitimate way to describe your own computer, I did not get it to work in any way.
