Removed crosslink; in 3 of his 3 movies in the DB he is credited as "Bret Parker", only IMDb list him as "Bret 'Brook' Parker"

- features changed as on DVD, note: there's a DVD-part with additional scenes, but those are all incorporated in short docu material --> removed 'Deleted Scenes' per rules (...and not incorporated into the main feature or a documentary.)
- audio tracks corrected, checked with PowerDVD Discinfo
- small changes in overview to match back cover exactly
- tried to arrange the Easter Eggs a bit clearer, running time of hidden bonus material added in brackets
- DiscIds from own DVDs added
- divider added in cast --> needed to let start the german voice cast as the english voices
