add studios (taken from accepted german release 4-260261-434679 & back cover);
add features (taken from bonus menu);
correct audio tracks & subtitles (add missing tracks & subs; verified with BD Info tool);
correct overview (matched with back cover);
add disc info (DVD Profiler read out);
new cover scans from the mediabook without FSK-sticker
