Full audit!

- removed region B, as this disc is region free (see cover) (verified with Oppo BDP-93 Multicode)
- added CoO
- added running time: 1:32:19 -> 92 mins.
- corrected studios from opening credits
- corrected MC from cover
- added feature trailer to features (on BD)
- corrected subtitles from BD (verified with Oppo BDP-93)
- added audio tracks from BD (verified with Oppo BDP-93)
- corrected overview from backcover
- added disc info
- corrected cast/crew from more complete previously accepted profile [4-045167-000308]
- added coverscans from the outer cover. The inside cover is without rating logo, but it's completely different. The rules do not allow the usage of this inner cover.

Had to resubmit, because I made a mistake with the Polish and Czech audio tracks. Now it is correct.

Full audit!
