added 1.33:1 to Video Formats
corrected typo in overview (episode 10)
added separate profiles for individual discs to Boxset-Info (profiles already exist with the exception of disc 6 which is being contributed with this update)
added episode-dividers for crew (data taken from credits of each episode)
re-formatted episode-dividers for cast to match format given in the contribution rules for TV-Series corrected some typos in dividers and set numbering in dividers to match description in disc-id descriptions
better coverscans with better gamma and better colour-space. Scans are sharper than existing scans

Crew: Additional crew added, Original material By writing credits amended to Story By, Glen A. Larson song writer credit amended to Theme By, source closing titles.
Cast: Groups added, source closing titles. Date of birth populated by DVD profiler. This is the correct Peter Graves.
