Please don't make the fatal error that some people make and start deleting things and changing things before you have a good idea of what is going on. Profiler doesn't just stop working for no good reason. Reboot your machine, run some anti virus and just kind of kick the tires first. Is your hard drive full or did you recently install a new program, etc? DVD Profiler is one of the most stable software I have ever used. If you mess with it, make sure that you have backed up your collection, and checked your network and your system for other issues (reboot usually helps). | | | Thanks for your support. Yes loath to reinstall if not required but not able to discern problem causing issue

| Posted: | | | | Does anybody has the Server Error in '/' Application error? When viewing your online collection you 'll see this error in your last added or top profile, in my case The Conan Chronicles Collection: Limited Edition. When viewing at your main screen with the 5 last added movies in your list, the last added one has a broken picture symbol.
Any solution to this problem? |

Any solution to this problem? I don't see this problem in my collection, or in any other collection that I have checked, except yours. I would suggest that you run a database repair, then edit something in that profile (just so it's flagged as changed), then re-upload your collection. See if that fixes it. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |

| Posted: | | | | It didn't help. There is a problem with that profile. I even deleted it, loaded up my collection again and the last profile was now a profile that I've contributed today. I've added Conan again and again the broken picture and error occur. |

There have been issues with individual profiles in the past, although that was corrupt images rather than totally broken, so potentially fixable by uploading replacement images. If you share the UPC people can try downloading it to see if they get the same issue. | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | I am receiving this error for the above profile (Conan Chronicles) as well as for UPC 786936900293 (Loki: The Complete First Season). The error shows not only in the online library, but when View Contributors is selected in Profiler for these. | | | Registered: February 10, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | The problem is getting worse. Today I added 3 new purchases and they all have the error in "\" application and the broken pictures symbol. The 3 profiles are the Dutch profiles of the 4K releases of The Abyss, True Lies and Aliens.
Today I wasn't even able to acces the website at all and got this error page:
Cloudflare Forbidden HTTP Response Code: 403 1fb31c48940000047301f92400000001 2024-04-24 19:09:21.428208218 UTC Tennis
I don't know what is going on lately. But since the last update everything seems to get wrong. | | | Last edited: by jurgen42u |
