Can someone please tell me where to find a detailed way to download this plugin? I tried and I tried and I tried but now I have an empty Cinematic Collection Viewer program with nothing in it. You amke it sound so simple, but it is all Chinese to me!

These are two different things. You seem to have downloaded the standalone program. You will need to download the plugin.

The plugin also contains a readme file (opened at the end of the setup), which contains a short instruction for first time users.
