I have a premium account using 2.4 at the old site and have 2259 DVDs. I know we need to do a back-up before coming to 3.0 (.1, .2, etc.) which I've done. Where do I find out what to do next?

Success, thank you, except for the 54 DVDs which were flagged due to the UPC codes being 10 digits instead of 12.

Ah, a good refreshing of the profiles took care of that problem. All in all, rather quick and painless!

You will still want to check those titles that were flagged with bad UPC codes, until they are fixed you won't actually get any updates for them. Open the flagged list under Collection/Flags/Load Set... and load the unconverted UPC (don't remember the exact name, but it should be the only one available unless you have already saved a flag set).  Many times you can see the correct UPC in the cover scan, for Disc ID profiles you will have to insert the Disc and the change the UPC to the inserted DVD. (DVD/Change UPC... )
