| | Posted: | | | | Well the first questions I have are What is the specific information, title and so on. The next question is WHY? There could be a good reason for their to be a Disc ID. For example the films that make up the Marilyn Monroe Diamond Collection were released in the Boxset with NO UPC # and thus are entered as Disc ID. They were subsequently released individually released with UPC #s, of course and they too are in the system.

| | Posted: | | | | The reason I'm asking is that I picked up a copy of Moonraker and entered the UPC and it wasn't on file in the database. I put the disc in the drive and it was identified by the disc ID. The cover and all the information is exactly what's on the DVD. I prefer to use the UPC codes vice disk id. |

| | Posted: | | | | I purchased the movie at FYE last friday. When I tried to enter into my database using the UPC it couldn't find it. I then put the disc into the drive and there it was by disk ID. The cover art matches what I have here is the UPC on the back. 027616074041. |
