you can create two seperate databases simply by going to

file - open database

there is an option to create new / and switch between the two - the only catch is that only one can be uploaded to the online collection. if you require that functionality i believe you will need to purchase two registrations and install into two separate directories - i would contact ken or gerri before buying the second registration.

What I do is use the "Owned" list for movies, "Ordered" list for TV shows, and "Wish List" for Concerts. I do this because I use the mobile program and you can't do multiple databases......

using different db's worked.  I like Parretheads idea though, would have used it if i'd known of idea at start.  Now after 200 dvd's individually tagged a couple of times... how i like excel sometimes :-).

Oooooh! I like this one - I have been looking for a way to split the movies from the Series/collections etc. Is there any way to change the names of the tabs? Also, can collection numbers be assigned on these tabs?

You can't change the names of the tabs at the moment, but I believe a request has been made for user-defined sections. Check it out in the feature requests forum and add your support!
