Best Transfer to Blu Ray |

I just finished watching "Cliffhanger" (UK).
That title was by far the best transfer I have ever seen. I can even hold it's own against the previous Nr. 1 which was "Cars".

Thanks for the tip, will have to check that out. Have you seen RegionB release of Sweeney Todd in blu-ray yet? Out of my 50+ blu-rays at this moment that one is the very best I have seen. Haven't watched it yet but if it's even half as good as "Cliffhanger" it would still be amazing. Maybe it wasn't washed to hell in the grain removing machine. Maybe, but still, there are a lot of newer movies that look a lot worse.. and those are coming from pristine prints.. But hey... the main factor for me is that the PQ is great (the sound in DTS HD Master is also not to laugh at)... So who am I to question what's behind it.. Right now I am watching "Ocean's Twelve"..
