Some people prefer using a secure connection to a site if it's available. It just means that data is less likely to be intercepted by an outside source.

Yes, I know that, when I have to give my credit card number. But to post on a forum, why fear that what will be readable by everybody may be intercepted ? What are risks about collections that everyone can see ???

Never mind. Has already been answered.
Unfortunately, I can't use DVDprofiler at the moment due to lack of a Windows computer.

It's not the act of posting, but the procedure that comes before:
Entering your login data!
You will be surprised to learn how many people are using the same password for all occasions.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Still not able to access via https.  Browser says it's waiting on invelos.com but it waits forever.

Doesn't look promising...
Now a full 2 months after the server fault, and SSL is still out.

Is anyone else experiencing extreme slowness on the website? It seems like it's taking forever for anything to load.

I've also been trying to upload my collection for the past 10+ minutes and it's still stuck on "Uploading and processing list..."

It's apparently not my internet connection, since everything else off Invelos is loading just fine.
