| | Posted: | | | | I am glad to have lived through the whole Home Theater Revolution. From Betamax & Video 2000 to VHS.. Then to Laserdisc.. Then I bought my first Dolby Pro Logic Receiver.. A short time later my first AC-3 Receiver (The first one Yamaha ever produced)... Then I bought my first 16:9 Television.. Then a big-ass rear projection TV and a DVD Player (which cost about $1300)... In the last 10 years I went through about 20-25 DVD Players of the years.. Then my first HD-DVD Player, then a Blu-Ray player.. only after I had those I got a Full HD TV and Finally a DTSHD and True HD Receiver.. It's funny that all happend within 20 years..
