| Posted: | | | | I used the "Check for program updates..." menu item on the Online page in the 3.0.0 version and for some reason it launched Internet Explorer instead of FireFox. The program should use the default browser, not the crappy Internet Explorer. Can this be fixed for a future release? |

Everything else opens up in Firefox. |

| Posted: | | | | Strange... Perhaps I have something configured in my system that overrides DVDPro's attempt of opening IE. If firefox is already open, for instance, DVDPro will open its target in a new tab. If not, it'll open the browser. | | | With every passing hour our solar system comes forty-three thousand miles closer to globular cluster M13 in the constellation Hercules, and still there are some misfits who continue to insist that there is no such thing as progress. |

| Posted: | | | | I think that first window that opens is a small dvd profiler internal browser for connecting to invelos servers and has nothing to do with IE7. Process Explorer is not finding an IE7 active when the 1st windows open. When clicking a link in the first window then you start up your default browser. | | | Sources for one or more of the changes and/or additions were not submitted. | Posted: | | | | If you right click on a link in DVDProfiler's Update window or the window for View Contributors, you'll see that it gives you the IE7 right click menu. So that must be why it opens up an IE7 window for those pages and does not open the default browser. |
