Removed make-up effects artists from the crew. They're not listed in the crew section of the rules (although regular "make-up artists" are). Updated crew dividers for the various visual effects companies (omitting local and company indicators). Birth year for Stephen King is listed in the birth year thread. Common name for Allan A.
