Watching Skip and T!M is like watching the fight scene in "The Quiet Man" (John Wayne). The only thing missing is the scene where they both stop for a minute to drink a beer together.

The way Skip described handling this situation is exactly how it was decided many years ago.

If, however, a stunt person was listed in the middle of a cast list I would NOT omit it.

That's good to hear, as it answers Mike's original question to satisfaction of both sides: they should be left out.

I'm well aware of that. But that was in 2005 - much, very much, has changed since then. There wasn't even a poll - you have no way of knowing how many "silent" forum visitors might have disagreed with that. I showed you how the balance was last year, which did have a poll. It obviously isn't conclusive either, but I'm just showing that there clearly is no consensus on this. Intervocative didn't sanction that alledged "agreement" back in 2005, and Invelos didn't speak out on that poll from 2008 either. So officially, we have nothing. That's fine, happens all the time, but don't go claiming your method is somehow "better" than mine, or more widely supported. It's not.
