Any "common names" have been carefully researched: first and foremost by checking against other credits using the NameVariants plugin, followed by a Google search, and finally by checking at various on-line resources like allmovie.com, bfi.org.uk, imdb.com, nndb.com, tcmdb.com and wikipedia.org. | | Posted: | | | | The current profile contains a number of crew entries for "Michael W. Watkins, credited as Michael Watkins". Further research has shown me that this use of the "credited as" feature is not necessary - have a look at Invelos' own "credit lookup" tool results: Michael Watkins: 266 entries, Michael W. Watkins: 67 entries (with still a few incorrect ones among them). Since "Michael Watkins" is the most-credited form, he can simply be entered AS CREDITED into this particular profile.
