| | Posted: | | | | Added song writers for one more original song, taken from the end credits: "Speeding" by The Go Go's. This song was first released on the film's soundtrack album (releasedate: July 30, 1982). The film premiered on August 13, 1982, and then in september 1982, in the wake of the release of the film, The Go Go's also put "Speeding" as a B-side on their single "Get up and Go". But it was first heard in, and released on the soundtrack of, 'Fast Times at Ridgemont High', making it an original song for our purposes.
