Added cast and crew and episode dividers to match film credits.

Added cross links to crew. CLTs: Marvin G. Westmore 17:14, Vincent Connelly 10:8, Ralph Riskin 36:6 titles.
Added cross links to cast. CLTs: Valentin De Vargas 21:10, Nicky Katt 142:9, John Mooney 47:11, J. J. Cohen 24:22, Tawny Little 16:6 titles.

Added uncredited cast:
- Ep. 3: Howard K. Smith at 0:01:39, credited in ep. 4-13, e.g. ep. 5 at 0:01:40.
- Ep. 9: Tawny Little at 0:27:24, credited in ep. 19 as Tawny Schneider at 0:09:08.

Corrected overview to match back cover and added a simple episode list as per rules.
Added studios from opening and end credits and moved distributor to Media Companies.
Corrected title. It's not an episode descriptor but a title (in Germany hyphen is used instead of colon).
