Any common name as per the CLT and common name-finding threads. Added necessary birthyear for John Thompson (1947) see this thread here. Notes: Company names in headers converted to "mixed case" as per standard capitalization rules according to the contribution rules. Removed location specific suffix (London) in header Sound Post Production etc. as per contributionrules. (Quote:" Omit location specific suffix".) Removed several invalid Art Directors and Make-Up artists credits for they are credited as Location (UK and Bulgaria) /Second Unit Crew which is not allowed as per rules.
