The one I missed out on was his Profile Comparison Plus. I read from some another post (can't find it right now) that he will provide 3.6 version of that plugin when 3.6 is released. I think that's because the plugin wasn't free. |

I can see that goodguy didn't want to face the task of changing the forums anyway, but personally, I would have left the forums alone and continued with the rest. Why let forum comments spoil a nice hobby? I think he's decision to leave was a protest to Invelos since they doesn't do a thing for forum atmosphere. Every time there is a "war" or "argument" on forums, other side can varie, but the other one is ALWAYS the same person. Guess who was the one that drove Goodguy away. He wasn't the first one to leave and he won't be the last. Every active user who leaves does a damage to Invelos. I cannot understand why don't they get it. Or if they get it, why won't they do anything about it. Well, it's Ken's and Gerri's business, not mine.... |

I hope he enjoyed his 3 stars while they lasted .. Why the face? He had every right (and reason) to leave. I hope that he comes back some day, but I think that a lot has to change before that. |

I not only had to run CLT+ as administrator (first thing I tried), but even Internet Explorer. | | | Hans | | | Last edited: by Staid S Barr |

Yes indeed he did say before leaving that he would release a version that would be stable with the finalised version of 3.6. But since I did try the trial version before Matthias quit and since the geosites webpage required credit card orders, on top of the fact that I have no credit card with which to make online purchases it would be a little hard for me to obtain it Hence "The one I missed out on" I'm very proud of the fact that I don't have to rely on a credit card to live either. Not sure the problem is "life licence". In fact, we can consider that since a user has paid his licence, he is no more interesting for Ken (though registered users might be interested to buy further paying developments that we are waiting for...). So if somebody leaves the forums because of their bad atmosphere, Ken could have nothing to do with it. On the other hand, friendly forums would be far more attractive for new users, who could choose or not the program in relation to the help they may expect from other users. That's why I think Ken really cares about the forums. Why he never did anything to solve the only cause of the bad atmosphere is a mystery for me. | | | Images from movies |

It's a real pity the forum/arena monitoring never had an effect. | | | Hans |

Did anyone manage to run this very handy piece of software under Windows 10?
... or is there any other tool to get information out of the CLT tool? | | | Complete list of Common Names • A good point for starting with Headshots (and v11.1) |

... or is there any other tool to get information out of the CLT tool? Maybe if somebody would provide a comprehensive description, with screen shots, it could be recreated? If it does not have to be a plugin, there is at least one tools developer that likes to build such tools. If something is required that only a plugin can do, perhaps a placeholder could be put in a standalone tool, such that a small custom plugin could be crafted that would supply the missing pieces when queried. | | | Thanks for your support. I have way too many unwatched movies to waste time on a project like that, so not me! It would need screen scraping, and I've never done that, so not me! Of course there are some interesting screen scraping packages that might be interesting to investigate ... but oh no, not me! I won't ... I can't ... I shouldn't ... I mustn't ... Oh dagnabbit you mediadogg you! You've planted an idea! I'm not sure anything will come of it, and if something does, it probably won't be anything like goodguy's program. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |

| Posted: | | | | First of all, here is a downloadable copy of goodguys former website. It includes amongst other stuff: - The CLT Plus utility (only runs on Windows 7 with Internet Explorer running and logged in to Invelos Web site) - one screen shot - a brief description If any adict out there could still imagine investigating further into that issue, I'd be glad to assist with some sort of specification... | | | Complete list of Common Names • A good point for starting with Headshots (and v11.1) |
